Network Security Associates is remaining open and we’ll be here to help when you need us. The Governor of Nevada has instructed all non-essential business to close for 30 days. NSA is an essential business supporting essential businesses and will stay open during these challenging times. Our clients are our first priority!
Network Security Associates is concerned for your health and safety, and we are committed to taking steps to protect your business and your employees. Our technicians have been briefed on the latest CDC recommendations for countering the spread of the Coronavirus and instructed to follow their recommendations, including staying home if they feel ill.
Our team uses our Trinity Cloud Desktop and VoIP telephone solutions and they’re currently working remotely from home. We will attempt to resolve tickets remotely whenever possible and only visit your office if absolutely necessary, and only when approved by you or your staff.
The technical team members each have a kit in their vehicle consisting of medical gloves, medical masks, and hand sanitizer. They have been instructed to wear medical gloves whenever they visit your office, and a fresh pair of gloves will be donned prior to entering your facility. When arranging the site visit, the technician will ask if your office would like them to wear a medical mask, and will wear the mask if requested. Therefore, please inform your staff not be alarmed if they see our technicians wearing medical masks and gloves when they arrive, as these are precautionary measures designed to protect you and your staff, as well as our team.
